Founded to build a supportive and inclusive platform for women in business, OCWBC fosters collaboration, mentorship, and professional development. Our chamber is locally rooted but globally connected, working alongside business partners, chambers, and women’s business organizations to amplify impact and opportunity.
After six years in the making—and countless hours of research, listening, and development—I knew something was missing in the business community for women.
I saw talented, driven women navigating entrepreneurship, leadership, career changes, motherhood, reinvention, and resilience—often alone.
What was missing was a space that truly empowered women to stay engaged, supported, and seen throughout every stage of their professional journey.
The mission behind the Orange County Women’s Business Chamber was simple yet powerful: To create a place where women can grow, speak, lead, and connect—across every industry, every circumstance, and every stage of life—without barriers and without judgment.
OCWBC was built to be accessible, inclusive, and affordable, because empowerment should never be out of reach. Whether you are just starting out, pivoting careers, building a legacy business, or returning with renewed purpose, you deserve to be part of a community that believes in you.
Here, there is
OCWBC is more than a chamber. It is a collective of women lifting one another, creating opportunity, and proving that when women are supported, entire communities thrive.
Welcome to your place at the table.
