I designed & founded OCWBC to create a powerful platform where women are supported, connected, and empowered to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact in business and community. 

  I have over 20 years of experience in sales and partnerships, with the last five focused on the HR, payroll and HCM.  I’m known for building strong networks, fostering relationships, and creating strategic partnerships that drive growth and long-term client success.  

Ivonne successful business owner and is an economic  professional focused on strengthening local economies through business growth, workforce initiatives, and strategic partnerships. With expertise in public-private collaboration and community engagement .

 I am Noor Altoma, real estate professional and educator based in Orange County. My work is guided by purpose, integrity, and a deep belief in building generational wealth through informed homeownership. I am passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge, strengthening our local community, and creating opportunities for meaningful growth. I am committed to collaboration, leadership, and making a lasting impact through the Chamber.  

  With 15 years in marketing and business development, I bring a unique perspective to my role as an Associate at Carta Advisors (a division of Clark Construction). As Chair of the Construction Committee, I leverage my expertise in storytelling and stakeholder alignment to support our mission. I am dedicated to providing OCWBC members with the tools for risk mitigation and strategic partnering, ensuring women-led businesses bridge the gap between vision and execution on the West Coast.  

 My name is Charlene Fajardo, owner of Russ Ward Auto Body. I bring nearly two decades of experience in the automotive collision and insurance operations industry. I am passionate about advancing women-owned businesses through mentorship, collaboration, and advocacy. As part of the Orange County Women’s Business Chamber, I look forward to contributing my leadership and expertise to support our mission, strengthen our community, and help our members grow and succeed.

 Negin Hedayat holds a Master of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from California and an Associate degree in Animation from Canada. With a multidisciplinary background spanning fine arts, film, animation, and graphic design, she brings extensive teaching experience across institutions including California State University, Fullerton, Saddleback College, Long Beach City College, and leading arts organizations throughout Orange County.

As a dedicated artist and educator, Negin specializes in drawing, painting, and portraiture, exploring themes of cultural identity, personal narrative, and the human experience. Her work has been exhibited at prominent venues such as the Brea Gallery, MUZEO, and Freedman Gallery, and featured in international art publications.

Serving as the OCWBC Board Director of Arts & Theater, Negin brings a powerful vision of using the arts as a bridge for cultural connection, storytelling, and community impact. She is deeply committed to fostering creativity, mentoring emerging artists, and elevating the role of arts within business and community leadership.

 Dawnette Palmore is a Fractional CFO, Money Coach, and Insurance Strategist with over two decades of experience helping entrepreneurs and business owners transform financial chaos into clarity and confidence.

As the founder of Your Money On Purpose, Dawnette specializes in cash flow strategy, financial systems, risk management, and insurance planning for business owners—particularly women-led and commission-based businesses.

  I am Susie Clisson.  I am a seasoned businesswoman with over 30 years of experience as the owner of two successful businesses. Blending a diverse creative background with strategic entrepreneurship and intuitive guidance, I support women professionals to grow with confidence. I bring real-life experience and practical insight to empower like-minded businesswomen to collaborate, lift each other up, and build sustainable success together. 

    Maria Linares is a public servant and community leader dedicated to advancing equity, access, and opportunity for underserved communities. As Manager of Business Initiatives at a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, she leads the California Jobs First initiative in Orange County, uniting cross-sector partners to promote inclusive, sustainable economic growth and quality jobs. Appointed by Governor Newsom to the California State University Board of Trustees, she represented nearly 480,000 students and helped guide university governance and policy, earning Trustee Emerita and Trustee of the Year honors. A first-generation college graduate and mother of three, Maria leads with integrity, lived experience, and a deep commitment to service, education, and community reinvestment. 

     Jessica Yunker is a human resources professional and emerging leader committed to empowering young professionals and strengthening the business community. She serves as HR Generalist at Proponent, a global aircraft parts distributor in Brea, where she drives recruiting, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives while fostering a positive, people-centered workplace culture. A double business school alumna of Azusa Pacific University and a graduate of the Women Rising Leadership Academy, Jessica brings the skills and vision to advance women leaders and make meaningful community impact. She serves on the OCWBC Board, leading the Next Gen Women Leaders committee, and chairs the Brea Young Professionals Network, where she creates opportunities for emerging professionals to connect, grow, and develop as leaders.
