The OCWBC Legacy Leaders Program is a philanthropy-first mentorship initiative designed to engage retired senior women leaders (62+) as mentors, advisors, and volunteers in service of the Orange County Women’s Business Chamber (OCWBC) community.
This program honors a lifetime of leadership by creating meaningful, purpose-driven opportunities for senior women to give back, share wisdom, and uplift the next generation of women entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners.
Legacy Leaders serve as stewards of knowledge, champions of women in business, and philanthropic contributors of time, expertise, and guidance — strengthening both OCWBC and the broader community.
