OCWBC does not organize, manage, or control all posted events unless explicitly stated. The hosting organization or individual is solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including date, time, location, pricing, registration, safety compliance, permits, and event execution.
OCWBC does not assume liability for cancellations, changes, disputes, losses, damages, injuries, or any issues that may arise in connection with events posted by third parties. Participation in any listed event is voluntary and at the discretion of attendees.
All submitted events are subject to review and approval. OCWBC reserves the right to edit, decline, remove, or request modifications to any submission to ensure alignment with our mission, professional standards, community values, and legal or regulatory requirements.
Organizations posting events agree that their event content must be lawful, respectful, non-misleading, and must not infringe upon any intellectual property, licensing, or regulatory obligations. Events that conflict with OCWBC policies, community standards, or brand integrity may be removed without notice.
By submitting an event, you grant OCWBC permission to publish event information on our website, calendar, newsletters, and promotional channels unless otherwise requested in writing.
