NextGen Women Leaders Committee

 The NextGen Women Leaders Committee is designed to cultivate and empower the next generation of women leaders by providing mentorship, leadership development, and professional opportunities for young women ages 18–24.

This committee creates a pathway for emerging professionals, students, and young entrepreneurs to gain exposure to the business community, develop leadership skills, and actively participate in chamber initiatives..

 To empower, educate, and elevate young women leaders by providing access to mentorship, leadership training, professional networking, and community engagement opportunities within OCWBC. 

 Membership in the NextGen Women Leaders Committee is open to individuals who:

• Are between the ages of 18–24
• Are students, young professionals, or aspiring entrepreneurs
• Demonstrate interest in leadership, business, or community development
• Support the mission and values of OCWBC

 Participants in the NextGen Women Leaders Committee will receive:

• Free OCWBC membership 
• Access to leadership workshops and training 
• Networking opportunities with business leaders 
• Mentorship from experienced professionals 
• Opportunities to volunteer and support chamber events 
• Exposure to entrepreneurship and business development 
• Leadership experience within a professional organization.

 The NextGen Women Leaders Committee will serve as a leadership pipeline for future OCWBC board members, entrepreneurs, and community leaders, ensuring that the next generation of women leaders continues to strengthen the chamber and the broader business community.
